| http://forum.dukaners.com/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=229&start=40This is a link from a link Delia posted. It has where to buy stuff in australia. I have only read a couple of pages of it. They seem pretty hung up on cocoa powder. I use woolies cocoa powder. It is 100% no added anything. Lets face it you only use a teaspoon at a time. They are paying huge amounts for special stuff. | |

| I was only going to weigh weekly but I was disappointed with yesterdays weigh in so I weighed today.
88.9 so that is 4.1 kgs off. WOOHOO
I could have easily broken last night. I had to eat early to go to bridge. I had a piece of salmon and it didn't go down very well. I got half down and then had to bring up the sludgey thick stuff. I thought I was going to be very hungry whilst out so made a skim milk cocoa to line my stomach. I knew when I got home I would be ravenous. So at 11pm on the way home I stopped at woolies and bought the low fat Jalna greek yoghurt. It is really nice and $9.98 for a 2 litre tub. I also bought some new flavour jellies. So I came home and had a cocoa and yoghurt and oatbran. Usually I would have had a bottle of wine and a packet of twisties. I feel in charge and I am going to lose this weight!

| Well done Linda under the 90k. I started this morning and only have to do the protein for 3 days. Boiled eggs with yoghurt for breakfast. Tell me if I do anything wrong please. Delia | |

| I have lost 3.4 kgs in my first 4 weeks. I was a bit disappointed with this mornings weigh in. This week though I haven't been as dedicated to it. Yesterday was meant to be a pure protein day but I had veges. I will do a pure protein day today and get back on track. I also had some cannelini beans and taco mix in mince last night. I had wine 3 nights as well. I think last weeks super low weigh in was because I had wine the night before. I weighed again on Wed and it had gone up. So sitting on 89.6. At least still in the 80s. | |

| I did the stats the other week. I have to do it for 3 days. In a way I must have been thinking about doing the plan and then on Friday night my niece told me she was on it. It seems to be the flavor of the month diet so many people I know are doing it. I agree the cook books are hard to follow on the kindle but they are ok on the computer. Yes I probable was to low in the food but I was not hungry either. I have been to the shop and brought the oat bran I only had wheat bran here. Delia

| That is what started me on the dukan diet. I got a kindle for xmas and it had 130 books already on it (all downloaded for free) from our daughter. It had dukan diet on it. I love it for reading novels but cookbooks ar4e a bloody pain. It is too hard to refer back to. Delia I think you just were too low in your calories and your body objected. Have you done your stats to see how many days on pure protein? http://www.dukandiet.com/I had to do 4 days. That was the hardest. I was craving veges. Now I am not that fussed either way. | |

| I found this on the dukan site
Fat free Greek yogurt will have sugar from lactose and this is ok. Make sure it has no added sugar.

| I just won the Dukan Diet and the Dukan Recipe Book on ebay. New books. $37.00 including postage. I thought that was not bad and is in Australia so should get it this week. I saw ebay had both for $35 from UK but it was 12 to 21 days so decided to have a go at betting on this one and won it. Your prices are good and fishpond is ok. Delia | |

| I agree. After Heinz closed down their Vic plant and Dick Smith imploring us to buy aussie tomato sauce, I went and looked at my aldi tomato sauce. It is made in australia. Most of the items are made in australia except for the special items that you can't usually buy. | |

| I'm an Aldi girl also. Peope say you can't get everything there. BS you can get just about all you need. I don't need 10 brands of things and maybe being older I don't need a lot of the extras the other stores induce you to buy. A trip every 3 to 4 mouths is all I need to the Woolies or Coles to get the couple of things Aldi don't have. Aldi are getting these products in slowly anyway.
One thing I wish they would get is skinny tinny milk. They now have full cream evaporated.
What do I like. lower prices meat fruit and veg range Make up range extre special items (toasters tools) fewer rows not 25 to get lost in and not be able to find what you are looking for parking no complex to walk through before getting to the shop trollies that you can take back (coin) so they are not all over the car park to roll into your car Staff always friendly
What I don't like is having to wait for the checkout but really that is a small price to pay for all the others I listed This sounds like a plug for Aldi
I may not be an Australia company but the employ many Australia people and more and more of their items are made or saused in Australia
