| ok I still have that bit of weight on but am hoping I can move it in the next two weeks. It is only a couple of kg but I hate it.
If I can't stick to it I will be going to the next stage as DR D said to do that after rereading the book I discovered it.

| yeah I agree it can't be a proper weight gain. Just fluid. Stay away from the scales and it will sort itself out. | |

| Well my weight was the same but I now fine I have put on 2k so am being very strick to get this bit off again.

| Thank you LInda I never thougth I could stick to this but I actually like the eating. I made Tuna rissoles on Saturday and had to do them again yesterday we like them so much.

| Linda I can eat eye fillet steak. I had it twice this week.
I am having the fill out as sometime (mainly chicken) get caught but I think it is as I am not chewing enough. Or talking and forget and swollow.
I think I can still eat the same amount with some out if not I get it back in.
I had a tiny bit our a couple of months ago and eating is ok so hoping I can still do it like I am.
I made a yummy pumpkin oatbran cake today. I will put the recipe on here but have a picture of it on the other site and a Curried Mushroon soup.
Monday
L Curried Mushroom Soup Vegetable soup with smoked chicken yummy
S Chocolate
S Smoked Chicken
D Chicken dipped in cornflour egg and oatbran, pumpkin and yoghurt sauce I only ate 1/2 the chicken I made
Snack Pumpkin Cake I have put a pic on site. It was Steph’s recipe
Can diet coke and another diet drink tea and skimilk
I am really thirsty today I think it may be the smoked chicken
My husband smoked two yesterday and they are so nice. I am glad they were only small chickens as I can't leave it alone.
