| Tara it was not Dukan but I so enjoyed the things baked and so did the girls. Here are two of the recipes I made loved the coffee cake mmmmmmmPumpkin Coffee Cake with Brown Sugar Glaze Serves 18 Ingredients ⅓ cups Water 1 can Pureed Pumpkin (15 Oz) 2 whole Eggs 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice 1 box Yellow Cake Mix (18 Ounce Box) 1 teaspoon Baking Soda 1 cup Brown Sugar, Divided ½ cups Flour 4 Tablespoons Butter, Melted ¼ cups Granulated Sugar 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract ¼ cups Heavy Whipping CreamPreparation InstructionsPreheat the oven to 350F.In a large bowl mix together the water, pumpkin, eggs, 1 Tablespoon of vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice until well combined. Add the cake mix and baking soda and mix until just combined. Use spoon to mix.Grease a 9×13 pan with butter and pour batter into pan.In a small bowl mix together 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup flour and melted butter. Use your fingers to sprinkle over the top of the cake. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. For the glaze, combine the other 1/2 cup brown sugar, granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and heavy cream in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and stir until all sugar is dissolved. When cake is finished baking, poke holes in the top with a toothpick. Pour glaze over the cake, making sure to cover all surfaces. Serve cake warm or at room temperature.
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil 1 small onion, chopped 3 green onions, chopped 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach. thawed and squeezed dry 4 to 6 ounces domestic feta cheese, crumbled 1 cup cottage cheese 1 egg Salt and pepper to taste 1 pound phyllo, thawed 8 tablespoons butter (1 stick), melted 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in medium skillet over medium heat. Add white and green chopped onions; cook until softened, 3 to 4 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix spinach, feta, cottage cheese and egg in medium bowl. Add cooked onions and season with salt, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Combine the remaining butter and oil and set aside until ready to use.
Remove the phyllo dough from the package and stack up. Carefully cut the phyllo dough into 2 inch by 2 inch squares; set aside.
Prepare your mini muffin pan by brushing butter in each well. Place 1-2 squares of phyllo dough into each well, pushing down to create a cup or crust. Brush the top phyllo filled wells with more melted butter and repeat by placing 1-2 squares of phyllo dough into each well and pushing down to create a cup or crust again. Repeat with another layer of 1-2 squares of phyllo dough and brush with more melted butter.
Place a heaping teaspoon into each well, filling the phyllo cup. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

| Well I started again today. Poached egg on smoked salmon. Very nice. I have some eggs boiling for lunch. I also have some smoked chicken ready. I will have a piece of salmon tonight. I have greek yoghurt but also some nice vanilla yoghurt that is probably not suitable but I will have it anyway. I will try for 3 protein days. | |

| Subject: Dukan Tolerated food list 07/03/12, 02:03 am | |
| Dukan Tolerated Foods
Here you can find a list of "tolerated foods ( TF). These foods you can have from the cruise phase but in limited quantities.
You are allowed a maximum of two TF portions per day. Note: if you are experiencing stagnation, please avoid TF every day.
• Fat free fruit yoghurts with fruit pieces 1 • Plain soya yoghurt 1 • Soya milk 1 glass (15cl) • Corn flour 20g • Cocoa powder 11% fat, sugar free 1 tsp • Wine (red/white) for cooking 3 tbs • 7% or less fat cheese 30g • Rhubarb 100g • Oil 3 drops (3g) • Gaspacho (not home made) one glass • Soy sauce 1 tsp • Extra light Philidelphia 30g • Light cheese like laughing cow 30g • Spiced Goat sausage 50g • Poultry sausage 100g"
So you can have max of two portions of tolerated foods a day, eg 1 fruit yogurt and 30g of cheese with less than 7% fat.
This is not in the book but is given to people who pay to be coached on the Dr’s site.
Lorraine and a few others pass on the information to us | |

| Can I come and help you eat the smoked salmon. I noticed on the Dukan forum that the Dr has said no to smoked salmon now as it is too salty... what the hell I will still eat it. I brought it last week and the caviar to have with poached eggs and forgot and ate it alone. Del

| Hi Del.....you have probably seen all my posts lol....fancy taking it for granted lamb is allowed. Ive just made it harder for myself sitting here smelling it cooking lol...Never mind I won't touch it.
Can I have any salt and pepper at all?
I loved the oatbran muffin by the way .I made the savoury ones.
The servo was so busy yesterday with all the traffic diverted along Steve Irwin way. I feel sorry for anyone caught in the traffic...
Hey Linda have you lost much on the Dukan? I got a nice surprise when I saw Del as her weight loss was very noticeable.
Cheers Deb | |

| Yes Deb use this thread to talk and you can make a thread for yourself or I will do it if you like and you can post what you are eating and your thoughts like I do on mine. You are doing well today. Can have two of the muffins from my recipe. I get the Atkins plan mixed up with this also but think I am getting better at it. I actually like Dukan more as I like the dairy we can have. | |

| Thanks for posting that for Deb. It would have saved me a lot of typing. Dah You know I am blonde. With the muffins I use the tupperware silicon muffin container. They never stick. If you spray the paper the muffins won't stick either. Try and let me know and also how the biscuits come out. I wonder if you could use some rhubarb in them. I may try that later. It is flooding up here everywhere. So many roads cut. We had to go to Beerwah before and there was heaps of water over the road this side of Landsborough. As the road is cut north and south of Gympie I don't think we will be getting to Frasier Is on Thur. maybe Friday have to see how it all goes and how much more rain we have. Delia
