| http://mydukandiet.com/recipes/heathers-goji-dukan-cookies.htmlI am going to make these without the berries. I have made 3 batches of muffins. The first lot stuck so fast to the tin that I only got about 2/3 of the muffin. Second and third batches I put in paper cups but they stick so you lose a lot as well. Maybe I will get the whole lot with these cookies. | |

| Yes Deb you will find it fills you up. 3 days of pure protein that is what I did also. You can have any meat seafood you like but no fat. Have you yoghurt or ricotta cottage cheeses as long as it is the lower you can fine in Australia. I get the ricotta from Delia Woolies in Caloundra and the no fat yoghurt as well. You must have you oatbran and you can have skim milk. I use the powder as I fell it is creamy and I like the taste better. I have to have some yoghurt with a bit of diced onion with all my meats or it sticks. I had chicken in the car as I got caught in the traffic this evening owing to the accident on the M1 no sauce and I can still feel it going down. Make sure you drink you 1.5lt of water as well. Keep asking if you want to know anything. Delia

| Linda I found two types of no fat yoghurt in Woolworths the other day. They also have a very low fat ricotta in a big block or you can buy if from the deli. If we have it in Caloundra I think you would have it down there. Iow fat quark is available at IGA and some Woolworths Low fat Philly I think it is 5% is allowed as a tolerated item.
I made the best savory mince yesterday. I am getting the recipes from the forum site I go on. I also make a Dukan microwave bread very nice and it toast's well. I make a choc cheese cake with ricotta cocoa and gelatin. For me I have to have these things or would not stick to the plan.

| I am debating whether to send it back. It serves them right if I don't. I might give it a week and if nothing happens I can post it to you. I don't need 2. I find their recipes not achievable as I can't buy most of the ingredients. | |

| As you know I ordered the new Dukan book and a dukan diet book. They shipped separately and I got the wrong book first and the recipe book was on its way. I cancelled the rest of the order and posted the book back. So I should have received the $6 recipe book and got a refund on the more expensive book. So now I have received a refund in paypal and received 2 separate copies of the dukan new book. | |

| I just had my 97% fat free bacon. It works out at $1 a piece as there are only 3 in the packet. 42 calories. It certainly was fat free, it didn't even sizzle. Satisfying though. | |

| Thanks Tara. I can probably get them at Queen vics markets in Melb. It is a nice outing. I had them last night and I've decided I don't really like them LOL I might only use them in soup. I have also found you can buy slim pasta in woolies so I will try that. | |

| Linda,
My besty works in Chinatown (Brissy). Want me to get her to get you some and I can post them down?
Tell me exactly what you are after and I will get her to have a look.

| Yes that is what we should be doing. You asked if noticed a weight gain after eating the noodles. No I don't but a packet lasts me 2 to 4 meals. Delia | |

| I've been doing a bit of research. Maybe this is what we need to do to keep the cost down.. Re: Slim Pasta by auzzi ยป Fri Aug 19, 2011 10:09 am It's been around for ages ... this is just another reincarnation. If you are interested, look for Shirataki noodles, in both in dry and soft "wet" forms, at Asian supermarkets. I guarantee you won't pay the same price as "slim pasta". auzzi Posts: 944 Joined: Tue Mar 13, 2007 11:18 am | |

| I saw an add in the paper last sunday and only just now checked this out. www.slimpasta.com.auIt looks the same as miracle noodles but you can buy it at woolies. Slim Pasta Spaghetti 250g $3.97This is from the online store so not sure how much it is in the shops. They have angel hair and spaghetti. I am going to look for some and try it. Much cheaper than miracle noodles. | |

| I put the obran in the dish with some skim milk powder and water. Micro for 30 to 1 minute depends on the micro. Add a bit of sweetner but it is a bit sweet anyway. I love it. | |

| I have a confession. I couldn't stomach protein for breakfast. It was a bit cool and I had my dressing gown on and I wanted porridge! I thought well if I can eat oatbran 1 bowl of porridge isn't going to hurt. so I had it with skim milk and splenda. Yum just what I felt like. Back to protein for the next 2 meals. | |
