I made your scotch eggs last night. I used chicken mince. I also made the tomato relish. They were both yum and will become a weekly fixture with the left overs for lunch or snack. I will try lean meat mince next time. I didn't bother about the coating. They don't need it.

I am back on the right track and feeling so good for it.
Will weigh in on Monday but expect to be about the same I was before holidays.
4 days on plan now and really feeling great.

Today another day and mess up already but all chocolate gone now so rest of day will be totally pure protein.

For some reason I had a really bad day today. Eating chocolate and nuts. So cold it was 3.00pm before my feel got warm and I sat around all day. Maybe that was the problem to lazy and should have got up and did something. So now I am feeling like a big fat lazy thing. Tired body feels like a brick weight with the sugar hit. I hate it so why do I do it????? It is never easy to drop old habits.

going in to clean up Mum's room in an hour. Well really to take some thinks to the op sh op that she won't be using or needing as well as work out what to do with her bed chair and furniture.

Up about .8 of a k and I don't want it to go any further. This is the first
time that I am really struggling with the plan.

I am hoping it is all the stress with Mum and the dog.

Mum was taking back to the hostel yesterday evening but she cannot stay
there so was moved to high care home today. Still at the same place. Ageing in place.

She was very agreeable in going to the home and letting go of the hostel.
She knows she cannot do things like she could a month ago and is still sick at
times. I would not wish on my worse enemy what she has been through and I so surprised
that she came through it.

The dog is coming along really well. To well. She wants to jump and run so
has to be on a lead when outside at all time which means we have to walk her.
10mintes at a time and slowly build up to 30 mins. over the next 4 weeks. This
has to be done 2 or better 3 times a day. My husband takes her as well so not
all left to me. If never rains unless it pours.

Well seems to be ok for one day and the next I eat something that I should not. The weight is the same but I have to stop this and lose the last 6k.
I am finding when I go to funtions I now am wanting to eat something else and really struggling with it.
Eggs and salmon have been my staple when I go out before that it was scramble eggs.
Maybe I should just have what I want and then go right back on the plan. In a way I have been doing that but not losing any more.
Still I am happy where I am.

Still sitting on my 78k. I had a bad day yesterday with eating a dessert
when out and that throw me into a sweet frenzy eating 3 slices. I even brought
one home and went back to the bakers for another two of a honey almond slice.
It was to die for. Then slice of toast with butter and jam. This is the first
time I have binged since 1st Jan. Today I am back on a protein day and it went
well. I am no way cured of the overeating and this proved it. I am planning to
follow the Dukan all the way through. Just 6k and I can have a normal 3 course small
meal twice a week. I can't wait. Hopefully I will not feel guilty then about
this eating and be able to control it. I do believe DR Dukan when he says it
take so long to get some control after what happened yesterday.

Yesterday we saw a slight improvement with Mum so lets hope it keeps going.

Sorry about your Mum hope she is comfortable and the nurses taking good care of her and her family.

BUT I stayed on plan perfectly. I am proud of myself and NO I am not giving up I know I can lose the 6.5k I have to be at my Drs. Dr Duken, Dietition and the Phsys goal. The four of them were with in 2k so I chose the middle number...lol
If I lose more well and good if not it is what I am meant to be these days and I am 63 so I can't expect to be the size I was in my teens. AT 72k I should be able to maintain it without to much effore I am hoping and still want to follow the 3 and 4 stages of Dukan. I really like this way of eating.

A bit stressed but have been trying to keep to the Dukan but am finding about 4.00pm I am looking and eating things I should not the last two day. Chips and nuts not a lot but should not be doing it. Today is ok I made my duken chocolates so that filled the need.

I had a fantastic time away. The lapband get together with the Melbourne girls was fantastic. They were so freindly and an old friend who I had not seen for 9 years saw that I would be down and she came along. I had a fantastic time and Melbourne and saw so much. I hope I don't leave it another 9 years before going back.
I tried a little of a lot of foods and walked a lot so came home and only up .9 which was really only .4 as I was up .5 the morning I left for some reason.

I will be freezing I am sure but will have a great time. I am getting together with the Melbourne lapband girls on the Sat. lunch and then again that night and again on the Sunday. So after all the Adelaide girls not coming over it is going to be fantastic for me just the same. I thougth I was going to have a break but it is shaping up that I am busy every day. One of the Art quilters wants to spend a day with me and my web designer wants a morning so time will go so fast. The freind I am staying with is taking time off work to do some things so I am feeling pretty special at the moment. She has a band also and lost over 55k but has put on some but a few weeks ago got more fill so is on her way again.
You have a fantastic time away and take care. Hope you come back with no motion sickness.
