Hi Del....yes I thought it strange that the whole surgery is closed!

Anyhow Im so glad to see you doing so well, that is excellent. You must feel fantastic.
I aren't in the right frame of mind at the moment and through the school holidays I will have my grandaughters as well as working. So in 3 weeks when I get a top up I think it will be well and truly needed.

Well I have gone to crap!!!!!
Its like I cant find anything to satisfy me and cant stop eating anything....I rang Dr Baxters to get a topup on Mon or Tures and they are closed for 3 weeks.....oh well another 3 weeks of trying anything and everything lol

Thank God I can still enjoy a nice glass of wine

Oh Deb you have had good reason to be off plan.
I feel you have to be prepared.
Linda you are right " When you are on it, it is easier to stay on it than muck around with it."
That is why I am afraid to go off even for a meal but I know it will happen at some time.
I stayed to my plan all the time away and did not have a drink, nibbles,
cake, biscuits or chocolate. I feel good about it and it really was not hard to
stick to. I did go prepared and had my muffins. They are my savory but I have
to say I did get them stuck twice for some reason. Once being at friends place
today on way home. I think I was excited to see her and ate to fast. I had to
get rid of it. All good and once gone I could drink my tea.

L: few slices of turkey and 1/2 slice of roast beef

D: few scallops and prawns with lemon juice and a piece of atlantic salmon with yoghurt....I ate it over a period of 1 1/2 hours

1.5ltrsof water
Have managed alright today...


2 more days of attack....

Well thats at about 30kgs lost and Im sideways lol

Click on the PROFILE tab (top right hand side.)

Then click on AVATAR (middle of the line under the home, inbox, profile tabs.)

On the second line where it says "Upload an Avatar from your computer :" there is a BROWSE tab - click on that and it will take you to your My Documents folders.

Click on the image and hit OPEN.

Then at the bottom just click on SAVE.

And Voila .. new skinny pic you.

I can't find how to change it. In fact I can't find how I put it in.

I was going to tell you about slim pasta. I saw it advertised in woolies. At least you can buy just 1 and try them. The miracle noodles work out to be about $3.50 each but you have to buy 10.

I know what you are saying about dieting. That is why we got fat LOL

Well not good on the scales this morning 105.1kg Im sure thats a lot of fluid lol (wine maybe)

Well obviously I started to celebrate early with the baby coming early!


Arghhhh weekends are a killer for me. I just can't stick to a strict diet 7 days a week.
I love life too much to waste it dieting but then again I would love to lose another 15kgs....Catch 22!

Anyhow I will go back on attack on Monday and see what happens.

I went past a health food shop yesterday and out the front they had SLIMPASTA I asked the lady in the shop and she said its the same as miracle noodles....anyhow it was 2 for $5 so I will try next week.
