| Jusr checking in. My foot is still not good had it xrayed last week and will find out next week when I go to Dr. to get my blood test results.
I am back down to 81.5k but it is taking a lot of work.
I am still going to the gym 4 or 5 times a week.
Take care

| I hurt my foot a month ago and have not been able to walk far. Only now can I walk 5 minutes at a time. I am still going to the gym but there is so much you can't do with a bad foot. It is slowly getting better but I want it right now. I have been out of control with the eating again and put on 6k so today is D day and it comes off along with the rest. I did lose what I put on over Christmas but 4k of it came back. I need inspriation to keep me on track and am on the dunkerers site again. Delia | |

| Well I can’t maintain the weight with 7k back on so on Dukan starting today.
85.5k disheartening but my own fault. Old habits die hard. I hate this season but it is my own fault not sticking to the rules. At first I was getting away with the eating then it all came back on in a hurry. Of course some will be fluid but some not.

| I put on 2k when away but lost .5 and I have been out a lot and enjoying the food. I will be back on the dukan as soon as this season is over. If I can maintain this weight I will be very happy. Delia | |

| 80.3k this morning just about under the 80k
Went to gym this morning met with the personal trainer and she is a rehab lady so she did exercises for my hip and shoulder. So happy I chose her to be my PT.
After 30 minutes with her I had 20 minutes on the walker. Hell when I stepped off I thought I was going to fall I was so dizzy. I then remembered yesterday they told me it could do that to me. I waited a couple of minutes and I was right. On the way out they were starting a circuit training class and I said I would watch No way I had to do it. They assured me after saying I would never get up and down in time that I would be ok so off I went. I surprised myself.
I know it is early days but I am enjoying it. I can't believe it and come home and have energy still.
It is so much different to curver which I used to go to but did not like much. The staff are so lovley and not all young chicky babies (some are). My PT is 49. Delia

| First day at the gym went well accessed and see the personal trainer tomorrow and then the next 3 Fridays
The lovely girl put me through a program tailor made for me after we did the assessment.
I think I might even like this.

| Gym
joined tonight I was putting it on hold till after end Nov when I get back from Townsville but decided I could have 3 weeks of gym in before I go so I bit the bullet and signed up right after we got home this evening. I got it for $16 a week not $18 so very pleased.
I think I will make myself the centre of life for the next few months and hang everything else and just concentrate on me.
I am hoping I will be under the 80k when I weigh tomorrow. I will be disappointed if not as I was good when away.

| Hi Del
Surely that 5kg is just fluid?
I haven't weighed myself for ages. I am trying to get back on track with a walk every day. Trying for an alcohol free week. I have a poached egg on half a slice of toast for breakfast. A protein lunch and normal dinner with veges. It is a sunny day today though it started at 0. My band feels more normal though back to small portions. I will also try for more water as I don't think I have been drinking enough. Might be time to put the container on the bench to remind me. I think when you feel hungry, if you have a glass of water it takes the hunger away. You were probably thirst not hungry.
Alan has started a volunteering role today and I have the house to myself. Pure bliss. Love him to bits but so love my space. He has that fng TV so loud that I want to kill him LOL
