| Sunday B scramble egg with chicken (it did not like me and I had to bring most of it up sorry) S Oatbran muffin while the others ate this lovely Chinese food A Few cheese samples tiny squares wish I had not tired as it gave me the taste L Few pieces of smoked salmon Oatbran muffin and flat white on skim milk. The others ate these lovely salads and salmon on this lovely bread.(yes they gave me the few pieces of salmon) S This is where I broke the plan but not too bad I had about 3 oz of full fat cheese. I brought some at the cheese factory and could not resist the taste. D Yoghurt and small steak but could not eat it all Well I think I did pretty well considering all the nice food we had in the unit and the outings and eating places we visited the last 3 days. Tomorrow scales will tell.

| Second day away with sisters. I can't believe it I have been able to keep too plan.
B soup and Chicken
S skim milk coffee while my sisters pigged out on pancakes and other delicious things.
D skim milk flat white sisters had pies
S Oatbran muffins with light Philly tea and iced tea
Pre dinner drink I had iced tea homemade and soup and chicken 3 slices of pickled cucumber
D My quiche salad balsamic dressing my yoghurt dessert.
We were going out for dinner but had so much food in the unit we decided to stay in. We got dressed up as if we were going out and it was lovely. We decided that the food we ate was as good or better then what we would have got at a restaurant and we really enjoyed the company. The girls had chocolate exotic fruit salad yoghurt and cakes. I cannot believe I have resisted but still have tomorrow to go. I am planning on resting again. You don’t need cake with coffee.
We are staying at Mayfield in Montville right in the heart of the town. I shopped in Montville and brought a new top and two long tops/dresses and some great black tights to go under the top/dresses. I also brought earrings and have to come back when the necklace drop is made. They are from the glass shop but not sure if they are glass or not. I also brought a new aqua wallet. I just love the colour.
Well I wonder what we will find at the Maleny markets tomorrow with morning tea at Collin James Fine Food then off the Flaxton to AloAlo for lunch and to an orchard garden. I think it will be time to go home then.
I plan on having just skim milk coffee for morning tea and lunch but will take my oatbran muffins with me and hope that fills the gap untill I get home. It is a protein day tomorrow.
I really want a good scales read on Monday morning.
I wore a black dress I have not got into since I brought it about a year ago. I was very pleased with that.

| LOL I thought Sat was the 5th - well I am blonde. Feeling sick this morning. Only had two small glasses of wine with orange juice so feeling it is a sugar hit from the dessert and sweets I ate. Where the band was lose yesterday it seems to be tight today. I had trouble getting the crab down for breakfast. Just on my second cup of tea so there is no blockage.STRANGE. | |

| Enjoy the wedding tomorrow.
Don't forget it is 1 meal out of 21 for the week. As long as you get back on track the next day you should be fine. Just enjoy yourself.

| Scotch Eggs great cold but this morning I warmed one and make a sauce Tomato Sauce Sauté some onions in pan sprayed with oil. Add chopped tomatoes Garlic ginger Put about 1/4 cup water in pan and let it simmer I put a top on for a few minutes Reduce it down and add a couple drops of sweetener I found it really nice but only had a couple of spoons on the egg which was enough. I am finding it hard to get veg. into plan so that got some in.
I made biscuits out of the dunkin recipe book. It says one serve and I will have to eat them all as it had my oat bran allowance in it. The recipe make 6 biscuits they all puffed up but were ok to eat. I think without the sweetener you could use it like a bun.
It said to put in pan like a base but I did the biscuits separate. I will take some to the wedding and maybe when they are eating the nibbles I may have them. Hopefully it will stop me nibbling on other stuff.

| Yeah anything good post. I make my own eggs. I boil some eggs then as I want to eat them I shell them. Cut in half and scoop out the yolk. Add some of my mustard and 1 teaspoon caviar. Mix and spoon back into the egg. YUM So decadent. | |

| I made them and they both tasted so good. Not sure how the scotch eggs will go when cold I may have to use a sauce on them. Off to look for one on the other site that I can use on a PV day. Delia | |

| He said I would lose 1.25k so the1.6k loss was good. I had not checked to see what he said till you mentioned it. I should have said Laughing Cow Cheese I think it was called Moo cheese years ago. I am not sure it is the one they talk about on the forum but had it anyway and you can get it at Aldi. It is in a round packet with 8 16g porting sizes. 46 cal 4.3g fat 1 sugar I won't have if often but I filled the gap yesterday when I was in a hurry. Down to 86.3k today I can't help saying it. | I lost 1.7 in my 4 day attack. My coaching said I should lose 1.6 so pretty on track.
I found some 97% fat free bacon. 125grms $2.99 in Aldi. I will eat it sparingly not every day.
