| Deb I am not sure but I think it was Woolworths at Chansler Park not spelt right. I don't think you are eating enough??? Was one muffin all you 2 tabls oatbran? Try a snack of protein morning and afternoon and even in the evening. It takes a while to get your head around all this. I still have trouble and I am on the other forum for hours. I think I may have just about enough info. for a while. Have a look at this forum and the posts read what some are eating. http://forum.dukaners.com/index.php?sid=00014b4dbb091d69c8dcf8fe1c4ed530 | |

| I found a Swan no fat no sugar yoghurt and it is so nice. I could eat the tub funny with none of the additives it is so nice. Plain taste but no bitterness at all.
Dukan Tolerated Foods
Here you can find a list of "tolerated foods ( TF). These foods you can have from the cruise phase but in limited quantities.
You are allowed a maximum of two TF portions per day. Note: if you are experiencing stagnation, please avoid TF every day.
• Fat free fruit yoghurts with fruit pieces 1 • Plain soya yoghurt 1 • Soya milk 1 glass (15cl) • Corn flour 20g • Cocoa powder 11% fat, sugar free 1 tsp • Wine (red/white) for cooking 3 tbs • 7% or less fat cheese 30g • Rhubarb 100g • Oil 3 drops (3g) • Gaspacho (not home made) one glass • Soy sauce 1 tsp • Extra light Philidelphia 30g • Light cheese like laughing cow 30g • Spiced Goat sausage 50g • Poultry sausage 100g"
So you can have max of two portions of tolerated foods a day, eg 1 fruit yogurt and 30g of cheese with less than 7% fat.
This is not in the book but is given to people who pay to be coached on the Dr’s site.

| Well done Deb! I did 4 days of attack and I was dreaming of veges for the 5th day. After I had them I wasn't that fussed any more. Just shows what deprivation does to us. | |

| You are doing very well Deb. Yes you can change the items in the muffins like you did. Deb spray the muffin paper containers that will stop them sticking. Del | |

| Hi Ladies xxx well Im almost through another day...
B: sliced turkey 1 egg S: sml piece of steak again L: sml amount of chick thigh meat D: Prawns done with Del's recipe...herbs & yoghurt very nice I had 1 oatbran muffin at work, well half of one because so much stuck to the paper. And I had another half a muffin with prawns...
I made 6 oatbran muffins with grated onion and garlic and then I ran out of yoghurt so I made the next muffins with yoghurt and cottage cheese and cinnamon. They smell nice. I havn't tried one yet. I have been on my cross trainer for 2 k's so far. Yesterday I did 5k's on it. Oh well only 1 more day of Attack.
