Saturday

Breakfast
1cup Lasagna
Lunch
1 peach
3 crackers with labne and pumpkin seeds
Dinner
Salmon and potato carrot and zucchine.
Mushroom gravy
peach 2 spoons of jelly
1 cups tea with SM today

1 x Maccas skinny FWhite & 1/2 pk maccas cookies
handful of peanuts
bowl of tomato soup with cream in it + 3 kavli biscuits buttered
2 glasses of wine at RSL

handful plain corn chips & 2 spoons sour cream.

threw up tomato soup.

now drinking water and I would say thats it.

I wish I could eat salads etc like some of you guys!!!

Day 3 today.

Breakfast 1 atkins bar

Lunch Chicken with cheese and salad.

Dinner 2 small pieces of marinated steak with salad and some cream cheese.

Snacks About a cup of diet jelly. 1 hard boiled egg. About 5 or 6 inches of Kabana.

Breakfast
= 1/2 slice wholemeal toast with tomato & 1 coffee
I normally cant eat until 10am but went to the gym early and it went down

Snack
= 10 Rice Crackers (over 15 mins) & 1 coffee

Lunch
= 1 cup of mediteranean couscous salad with lamb fillet and a minted yoghurt sauce

Snack
= 1 slice of cheese

Dinner
= 3 tablespoons of steamed rice, 1/4 cup lamb korma, 1/2 cup Raita, 3 pappadums

Dessert
= 4 squares of dark chocolate

Water = 1 litre

1small Macadamia slice and scoop of ice-cream

Lettuce roll with carrot, cucumber, avocado, bit of cheese, teaspoon pumpkin seeds and mayo

Risotto Pattie and spoon of potato, piece of carrot, 3 pieces zucchini, and small amount of broccoli
Snack
I got stressed and ended up eating two small sesame and nut bits

I was out with people for morning tea and lunch. I could have chosen something else but really did enjoy this treat for lunch.

Day 2 of eating low carb.

Breakfast 1 atkins bar

Lunch small tin of salmon mixed with a small amount or tartare sauce with cheese 1 boiled egg and salad.

Dinner to be sausages with salad and maybe cheese.

Snacks 5 cashew nuts, about a cup of diet jelly.

Green Coffee with 2 teaspoon skim milk
Breakfast
Tin sardines and 2 caramels at sisters
Snack
10 wafer thin water crackers and labne
Lunch
1/3 mango
11/2 slice of bread 1 teaspoon butter and 2 slices of salami
Snack
1/2 cup of popcorn
Dinner
Small serve Lasagne 1 nectarine
Cup of tea and skim milk

breakfast

soya sauce
afternoon tea
6 cherry tomartos
6 slices of cucumber with free french dressing

sweet & sour pork with 1/4 cup rice
and a hand full of jubes ....

Today would have been perfect if it wasn't for the bloody jar of joy at work!!! (Well, me caving in and diving into the jar head first!!!)



Breakfast - 3/4 of a vegie burger pattie

Snack - remaining 1/4 of vegie pattie

Lunch - 1 cup of chicken, 4 bean mix and mustard dressing all mixed together.

Snack - about 10 lollies from the jar of joy (Lolly jar at work) I can't wait until it is all gone, and we do NOT replace them...

Dinner - 1 and a 1/4 small ham and pineapple pizza's made on small multigrain wraps. (low fat cheese)

Snack - may have a small scoop of low fat icecream later if I feel like I need something.

A good day for me today finally.

Lunch 3 spring roll things (vegies wrapped in rice wrap stuff) salad.

Dinner Chicken & ham with salad sprinkled with grated cheese.

Snack A small piece of cheese when I was peckish.

Making sure I have plenty of water.

Go to the recipes section and you will see the recipe for it.
I love it raw or I add sweet chille sauce to it. Sometimes herbs and spices depends how I am feeling.
I use it on what ever I can and make it just about ever week.

Small salad with low fat mayo 4 cubes of cheese and 2 slices of salami,6 wafer thin water crackers and labne, glass of diet cola
Dinner
Banana and cup of skim milk
Not as hungry to day

Your crunch idea just gave me an idea too. I have chia seeds in the fridge and cos I don't eat cereal I haven't been using them. I will add some to my lunch mixture and it might help in the fibre department too. It is lovely to bounce ideas off each other. The lettuce idea came from zippy.

A lot of my lunches are an Iceberg lettuce leaf with chopped up tomato, cucumber, some type of meat, sprinkle of nuts or pumpkin seeds and mayo.
All rolled together.
Gives me the crunch I crave and is yummy.
You can put just about anything in a big lettuce leaf and roll.
I love the sound of Linda's recipe and I will try it soon.

Going to copy that lettuce thing lindaev I am not a real bread person so thanks for the idea when I can eat normal again I will be having tuna and cottage cheese in mine...hopefully lol

Im feeling great! Started back at Curves today then went for a swim. Had a hard day at work and I feel fantastic.

Hello I exercised for 30 minutes today and I feel great. Made myself get up out of the chair and marched for 20 minutes while watching a show then walked to get the mail.

Breakfast
2/3 cup stew and rice
1 pizza bread brochettes with scrape butter and fig jam

Snack
1pizza bread brochette with labne and fig jam (All gone now and will not buy again)

Lunch
Salad with 50g pork and mayo bit of cheese and a tablespoon of pumpkin seeds

Snack
Cup of tea 2 plain gingernut biscuits (They are gone now and I will not buy any more)

Dinner
low fat sausage bit of potato broccoli and gravy
I am feeling a bit windy and I think it is the pumpkin seeds as I noticed it the last few days in the afternoon. Actually since I started eating them I have been feeling like it. Maybe I should cut the amount down to a teaspoon on the salad.
