Todays diary

breaky = 2 coffees
lunch= cup a soup....2 cruskits.....on the go cheese & bikkies
dinner= Anything I have tried has come back up......grrrrrr

So that'll be it 4 me!!!

I went so well till visitors tonight
Breakfast
1/2 cup venison sausage and onion gravy
Snack
Cup of tea with SMilk and 2 plain ginger nut biscuits
Lunch
Salad with 2 slices of salami mayo
2 dessertspoons pumpkin seeds
5 thin water crackers with a bit of labne
Snack
1 Orange I had to suck it and then take the pulp out of my mouth as I was not sure if it would go down or not. I have not eaten an orange in 22months and it was so nice.
Dinner
Small salad mayo, a venison sausage with a small bread roll and butter
Chocolates 6 -8 I forget and a CS Cowboy. I did stop at one.
A coke that I drank before I realized my friend had put coke not diet cold in my glass.

A bit of a bad day for me too.....

breakfast: toasted chicken sandwich

lunch: two crackers with shaved chicken, 1 large pita bread, grilled, with tomato paste, shaved ham and cheese. Diet pepsi

dinner: 1 chicken filo and garlic parcel

And i know i'll be hungry later...3 hours or so (i'm an insomniac) so i'll probably have something to eat then aswell...

If you cant shake the habit then maybe just a soft serve cone might be a better idea. And they are only .50c.

I feel like posting my pic in the Maccas drive through with a "DO NOT SERVE THIS WOMAN" sign attached... I have gladly given up all other items on the menu, but somehow can't shake the icecreams... I need to find a healthier alternative.

Maccas ice-creams are one of my bad habits.

I must now sadly add an oreo mcflurry to my list down there... WHY OH WHY did I do that???

Such a bad day I dont want to list it out. But I can say I had chocolate, ice-cream, nuts, bread, bacon and too much of everything else.

Watermelon you are not my friend!!!

Breakfast:
Smoked chicken breast, avocado and low fat cheese, small cup sized bowl(Odd breakfast I know, but I like it!!!)

snack: low fat yoghurt and a slice of watermelon

Lunch: chicken stir fry - medium sized bowl maybe two cups... oops.

Snack (Hardly!) about four big slices of watermelon... I love it... not good!

Dinner: Roast beef (2 slices) Roast pumpkin (2 small pieces) roast potato (1 tiny) and about 2tbs gravy.

This is a major overeating day for me, and the reason I put on weight again... I need to pull it back in!!!

hi deb great to see you here. thanks by the way , its nice to see im not the only one nibbling . i was looking at a nutrient uide and thee is no way i can eat that much .

Todays diary so far: 1/2 meat pie filling with no pastry lol not much mince but it was nice.
1 bite of chicken wing ( didnt realy go down)
handful of crisps, handful of cheese & bacon balls ..3 bacardi lime and sodas....
lots of exercise in the pool.

My day

Breakfast: 1/2 piece of toast, 1/2 cup coffee

Lunch: 3 egg omelette with vegies, ham and bit of cheese. Diet cola

Dinner: six marinated chicken leg 'drummets' (half size drumstick things.)

Snack: about six small chocolate marshmallow 'snowdrops' left over from chrissy.
I'm hungry again (11.30pm) i'm thinking of having a wrap with a bit of chicken and lettuce.
I think i'm eating too much for 6ml in my band though :( should be eating less than this i'm sure.

Much better today.

Breakfast Watermelon, rockmelon & strawberries. As much as I could fit in. About a medium size bowlful.

Lunch Quiche with noodle salad and salad.

Dinner 3 small slices of corned silverside. Beans and corn.

Snack 1 hazelnut eclair 5 crackers with light smear of butter with tomato. 3 or 4 crackers on there own.

It was a one day goal to be happy with what I write in this section. So I made my goal.

I find fresh oysters just slide straight down.

Yesterdays food

2 cups of tea

poached egg on half

slice toast

2 chicken tenderloins

wrapped in prosciutto

salad

yoghurt

handful almonds

steamed salmon, small

spud carrots

2 cups tea slice oat

meal slice

Water 2 litres

Exercise 45 Mins

Thanks Girls feeling much better today. I had a chat on line with a friend last night and he cheered me up no end.
I lost it today with visitors here I ate. My head does me in with visitors. I guess our social life has resolved around food for so long it is hard to just stop and enjoy the company.
Breakfast
I picked 6 almonds before I pulled myself up.
1/3 cup creamed corn with 5 wafer water crackers and 2 teaspoons labne
Snack 6 glazed Lebkuchen Ginger Biscuits
Lunch 1 cup rice and stew
1 slice Christmas Cheese Cake
Snack 3 more Lebkuchen I sent the remainder home with my friends.
Dinner
I think dinner should be a banana and skim milk drink.

This did not work for dinner so I had 4 vegetables fingers with 3 plain ginger nut biscuits, cup of tea and Greek biscuit.
Well tomorrow is another day .I guess being down yesterday left my determination low today? I am yet to learn why I can't control this. At least I did not pick as I got this ridiculous dinner ready.

I still have good restriction and I look at what some of u r eating and Im jealous lol... Then I look to the end and think of the benefits!

Dinner toasted turkish bread with parmessan and sour cream...very crispy turkish bread.
Down a bit on scales this morning.

I am so lucky I dont have a sweet tooth.

I am feeling really down today for no reason that I can think of.
It has been hard today the cheese cake or a muffin is calling me. I settled for a ginger nut biscuit at afternoon tea. Hope I can wave off the feeling tonight.

Breakfast

2 teaspoons curried corn
5 thin water crackers and labne

small lettuce roll with turkey and mayo
small pk of sultanas and 2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
Snack
5 water crackers with labne
