| Well theres nothing like waking up sick at 5 am, not being able to throw up properly and ending up in with the doctors nurses rooms all morning on a drip to get some fluids, all whilst having the little fella with me, what a morning. iI guess the blessing was when we got home, I put him down for a nap, went to bed myself and we slept for 4hrs!!!! That boy loves his sleep, just like his mum :) Heres too tomorrow being a brighter day!!! K | |

| That's great Kirsten! Glad your horses are ok Cate...must have frightening for them, and you. The rain was a shocker huh but thankfully all over. I think Beth is right, maybe try the .25ml and see if that makes a difference? Maybe it'll take the edge off the hunger. My cold is almost gone but i've got a lump in my armpit and my breast so i have to have a mamogram...and i'm only 38! I'm not worried at all, i thinks its just lymph nodes...more a pain in the bum if anything. I've heard mamograms hurt...ladies is that true? I'm more scared of that than the lump! LOL Hope everyone is doing well. debsx | |

| Hi Ladies,
Cate, I'm glad the horses are ok. 12 inches overnight, thats huge. We've had a heap of rain here, 60ml+ but nothing in comparision. Debs, pretty wet n wild for you too, hope it all starts to dry out soon. Weighed in today, I've finally cracked the 80s!!! Quite an acheivment I'm feeling. I haven't felt so good in years. 25/8/10 Fe (emeraldrain) Age: 27 H 167cm SW: 122 CW: 109.8 GW: 80kg TL: 12.2kg (29/04/11) #1 Goal Reached!! Next Goal = 100kgs!

| Cate... Maybe try 0.25ml in? 0.5ml was too much for me, but 0.25 was perfect and made all the difference! No longer chew my arm off with hunger! | |

| Hi All....have not been on for awhile, busy with work, family and the horses, and the bloody floods again, nearly lost 6 ponys, poor things, we were away, and had no idea we had 12inches of rain over nite...but all ok, they just had a ridge to stand on for 5 days, they were very fat, needed to slim down...lol......glad to see the sun again, our road has 4 foot holes in it now, what a mess.....4 wheel drive only......... Weight has not been good since I had some removed, going back to have it put back!!!! it is amazing what a difference .5mls can make...hungry all the time, looking for food......still spew, that is just me.....give me the .5ml back please...lol.... Think I have put on 1kg, trying hard not to over eat, but at night I just cannot get to that 'full' feeling.......does not matter what I eat or how much...... Cate xoxoxo | |

| Thanks Kirsten. No i still have it. I can't believe how long its taking to go. I have swollen armpits and a bad chest and cough. Its better than it was but its still taking forever to go away. Probably made worse by how damp and wet its been here. I'm in Taree and we had our wrost floods in 20 years. Our place is ok but everything was so wet for weeks leading up to it and its just starting to dry out now. If its still here on Monday think i might go to the doc and get some antibiotics or something. Hope everyone else here is doing ok. | |

| Hi Ladies, Weighed in today, no change this week. Well actually it was up a little, but mehhhhh, lets call it no change :) Tanya, reowrrrr I work in banking Debs. Today was the first day back.... I was actually bored! I've returned to a lesser position than previously so I could be part time, but I think I'm going to be bored out of my brain. Might be a good time to throw some study in the mix. Well I'm buggered and off to chill on the couch and watch supernatural :) K | |

| Well I started the day off with aerobics, then grocery shopping. I had no idea how busy the supermarket can get on a saturday morning.... | Oh Cate, that bites the big one. Can't believe that happening to you. Bloody pacific highway upgrade. I hope you will be well compensated. Still, it doesn't help with the stress....and we all stress eat. I had a bad eating day today...lots of junk food. I will try and be better tomorrow though. Some days i just feel like being bad though...as long as the good days out weigh the bad i don't think it matters in the scheme of things. Hope you're ok. debs | |

| Kirsten, I have the same problem, and find that I do better if I stand and eat the first 10mins, as I pace around between mouth fulls, once I get past that I can settle and eat......I also tend to be a little better when out as I think about it more, possibly worried that i will spew up if I eat too fast....I still get the urge to vomit, mainly after a main meal, and usually it is thick jelly stuff, once up the pain and urge goes, I wonder if it is that I have eaten to much or something ( but it can be after only a 1/2 cup or so)..... Have to agree, slow and steady wins the race.... Had some bad news today, possibly will lose our properties to highway developement, so gobbed smacked, old habits die hard, ate a whole pkt of choc coated almonds this arvo....yes, I know - emotional eating...but just had too.......did it help - NO.....(ate the other pkt tonight - feel better now that I confessed and did share the second one with hubby!!!!)
Cate.... Just edited it..hate when I re read my post and pick up ALL the spelling errors.....!!!!

| Hi girls, Hope the throat doesn't turn into a cold Debs, can't believe how buggered it made me, I was so sore and tired. Glad to be rid of it. I saw the doctor today. Hes happy with my weight loss. I didn't get an adjustment today, and we will look at it in 8 weeks. We had a good chat about everything which was great. I need to eat my meals slower, I still tend to eat quite fast, he said this can cause a pouch, and the vomiting can cause a slip. So given I'm 33, well actually 31 again (raises eyebrows) and this band is going to be with me for a long long time, I need to take a breath from time to time and see the bigger picture. Slow and steady wins the race. I don't know how I can stretch a meal out over 20-25 mins but??? how do yous' do it??? Isn't it cold by the time your 1/2 way through??? I would love some ideas for this one. | |

| Hey Kirsten, lovely to hear from you. I'm glad you're over your flu. I've got a rotten sore throat that started yesterday so i'm hoping it doesn't develop into anything. I've not weighed myself in a while so not sure of any losses but i'll try and check it in a couple of days. Hope everyone is doing ok! debs | |
