I did but am finding it quite unappealing. I could eat a half a rabbit in one sitting, now a nibble at the ears and i feel a bit ill. Yay band.

Kirsten, you did so well to go to aerobics (especially when you were feeling blah). You deserve a pat on the back, not a boot up the bum!

Well I seem to be having trouble staying focused. I seem to have that stupid mentality of I'll be better tomorrow. I'll make better food choices tomorrow. This slump has lasted a couple of weeks now, it's pathetic! Someone kick me in the arse, or the head perhaps, lol. I did do aerobics this afternoon though, I was so flat and slumped and had a thought of gaining 50kgs, and quickly got moving, lol.

But hopefully on a brighter note, hows everyone else doing? I hope the easter weekend will treat everyone well.

Oh yeah, I think I've gain about 1/2 a kilo pftttt

I agree guys, have been told by my work mates how wonderful I look, and some asking me what I am doing....we seem to get treated differently...I also notice the 'look' from others, but they do not say anything....lol.....
Scales are a little stuck again, but have lots of biscuits again in the home as the builder is still here, son home etc etc, and I cannot resist one (or two)...tried to have one at 3am when I could not sleep with a cuppa, not a good idea, still puking at 7am, family complained that I woke them...LOL...Still have to have a hot cuppa or 2 in the morning before I can eat ( which is usually about 11am).....
Fe, confirmed you request on FB.....let me know if you had a look....nothing great to see......

Well raining here again, and have a house full of grandkids ( and they come with nits) so have done the head wash thingy, now all the bloody sheets.....but love having them, they are so funny.......( especially at 3am in the morning wanting to have a chat!!!)

Well I jumped on the scales today (like I do most days, lol) and I've now lost 1/2 of my excess weight!! I still feel like a whale but hey, I'm getting there. Also I brought a pair of pj pants from target size 16-18 and they were to big!! Haven't had that happen for a long long time.
I brought another ab circle pro, the new v2 2011 ones. Its off ebay, but cash in pick up and it was a bargain at $240. The other 1/2 pickes it up for me next week. - and yes I'm am such a perve, look but no touch, hahahahha

Totally agree with that story Kirsten about attention I get wild because I am still the same person as I have always been but maybe dress nicer. I keep thinking they are looking at me because I am still big and shouldn't be wearing the clothes I do. But the compliments from genuine people is lovely. Nothing wrong with a perve like my husband and I say you can look but you can't touch lol

Hi Fe, Got an email from Ebay fraud department, :( They closed his account and cancelled all the transactions. Cheeky bugger. Good scam but, they were selling like hot cakes

Kristen: I know what you mean about the attention, Im not getting any, but i still understand ;p Sometimes i think thats what triggers the urge to binge when i drop a few kgs, its like i understand how to live like this. As a big person... walking with my head down, avoiding eye contact all the time. Sometimes its pretty scary to think about being a whole different person :)
Im hoping my wedding will be enough to keep me from being that girl the rest of my life. Always said i didnt want to be a fat bride (omg! I said the f word ;p)

To answer how I am, I would say, meh, lol. I'm fine. Still struggling to find my mojo a bit. I sent Tanya a pic of me before I got banded and one from Feb, so hopefully she will post it soon. Her computer has died, so not sure when she'll be on.
This may sound strange but i'll put it out there anyways.. I've found as a bigger person it tends to keep people away. Less people are inclined to look at you, flirt with you and pay you random attention. Being a person that sets alot of boundaries, its fine by me. Well I must be losing weight because I'm getting some random attention and I feel uncomfortable about it, lol. Sounds silly I know.
A fella in wolworths just randomly started chatting to me about tattoos. I could feel that he was flirting with me, and all I wanted to do, was say 'I'm not interested' & run away, lol -and then I was in a shopping centre, and being the big perve that I am, I was checking this guy out, when he started checking me out back! bhahahaha, busted, how embarrassing, there was not a rock big enough to crawl under. I should be flattered I know, but it has been sometime since I received this type of attention. -anyways, just typing this is making me smile!

Oh yeah, I did get ripped off on the ab circle pro! It was a scam, hopefully I'll get my money back through paypal

Hi Guys...been off the air...god I have to find some positive things to chat about...had a teriible week last week, and I mean terrible, did my back, and then fell the following day in the dark, think I cracked a rib or 2 and now have 2 black knees, the son in sydney - well thats another story, but we now do not speak..so on so on.....but it is monday, really only positive stuff now.....(cate thinking) what has been good - well the pain is not as great in my rib cage, and I can move a little better.....( still thinking)...and I have been offered another ragdoll kitten, thinking about that - pain to great when they die.....and still on the move down with my weight......

Deb, just get back into the swing of it, 3.5 is really ok, I think I would do that also on a holiday, and a holiday is a holiday, one has to enjoy one self........

Well girls i'm back from my hols in the mountains and got on the scales...JEBUS! In six days i have put on 3.5 kgs! I knew i had put on some as my band went into hibernation for the week. So infortunately i'm back up to 99.5kgs. Oh well. I'm going to go and get some fill as soon as i can. Hopefully then this band will achieve some restriction for me.

How you feeling now Kirsten? Is your tummy pain gone? Hope its nothing serious. Keep us posted.

Hi Girls, I hope everyone is doing well. I'm having trouble finding my mojo, I just seem to feel a bit slumped. I need a good kick in the ass, to get moving again, lol. Not long after I woke this morning I had strange pain in my stomach and below the port and below my belly button on the left side. Dont know what it was but freaked me out for a bit. I was thinking something was wrong with the band at first, but was proberly unrealted, don't know. My tummys been a bit funny all day since, hopefull I'll wake to feeling normal again tomorrow. I brought an Ab Circle Pro off Ebay today, was a bargain at only $33.00, hope I haven't been ripped off.... Well I sent some pics to Tanya to post for me, so hopefully when she on next she will put them up.

Hi Cate, i think they are in goal weight by goal date.

I've been on a wee holiday in the blue mountains catching up with family for a week and i've been eating way too much (as you do on holiday...sigh) my band feels like its not even their though! I can eat anything. I was worried as they serve dinner in the dining room of the motel every night and i thought i would get 'stuck' moments...but i haven't had any. I've been eating chicken and steak and corned beef and chunky soups and even bread its going down no probs. Its good in that i don't have any embaressing moments but BAD in that i know i'm going to put on weight, i can feel it already. I return home in a few days so i'll have to face the scales..... LOL
