Hi All, sorry I missed out a few details,
My weight at the start was 126 kgs
Banding Weight: 118 kgs
After 12 months 89 kgs
Currently 78kgs.
The weight my Surgeon wants me to be at 85kgs, so as you can image we had had many discussion over where I am going, Currnetly I have 7.1 mls in my band, haveing had .4 taken out to allow me to gain some weight.
Still havent hit the exercise programme, after starting Zumba, have now been advised to start Pilates, as it is better to work on your core muscles than to over exert them.

Congratulations on achieving your goal! I would love to know how the boob job, tummy tuck and lipo went. That is my ultimate goal. How long did you have to wait once you achieved goal until you had surgery?

I was banded August 26 2009 have gone under my goal weight, had a TT and a boob job with the necessary lipo. All is amazing on this side of the scales, although had to do a double take when shopping yesterday as I caught a glimpse of a lady in the changing room and didnt recognise her,

well I hope there are more than one, "me" i was banded 13 august 2009 any more out there
