| Hello all, I haven't been on any of the forums for a while and saw that this one had started up when I went onto the yahoo one. I got banded back in October and have lost about 14kgs (I'm not one to weigh myself alot - not knowing has always been easier) so I am getting there. I suppose (from what I have heard) that I'm one of the lucky ones....I have only had 1 blockage and it took about 1/2 hr to pass but have never bought anything up (more info than was need I suppose) I have had 2 fills so far and currently have 2.5 mls in a small band. I can eat everything that I ate before surgery apart from fruit with skin on it, but just in alot smaller amounts. At the moment I can't do any form of exercise and I strained both medial ligaments in my knees carting hay and am still hobbling around 3 weeks later. So far my biggest diapointment has to be my breast - I think all the weight has gone from them  and buying new bras is driving me nuts. I am looking forward to the day that I can go out and buy myself some nice clothes  | |

banding in october 2010 by Mr Ian Michell in Essendon. Currently 85.6kg starting weight was 101.5. Pretty happy with progress. | |
