Hi I finaly found this forum lost track of everyone since the yahoo forum changed I was banded 21 April 2010 still love my band have lost 27Kgs cant beleive its coming up to a year next month oh how my life has improved. How do I add that great little wieght tracker to my post

Thats awesome Fe, me and running dont mix these days.
My knee wasnt coping with it and the surgeon told me no more or i'll need a knee replacement.

Its all about baby steps... and yes practice does make perfect lol.

Not sure this forum gets much action these days other than me and now you.
Might be able to convince Deb and a few others to jump back on board.

I started my running program last night, wouldnt say I was great at it, but need to start somewhere..

This site isnt hard to use at all, its much better than the other one.
It gets alot more action lol.

Hey Everyone,

How are you all?

I'm having a bad food day today, cant seem to get a thing down :(
Always gets me down a bit but I try to not let it get too me but its hard sometimes...

Oh well the scales moved which is always a good thing so there is a positive with this negative.

Hope your all well and if you have had holidays enjoyed the time off.
Me only public holidays off but I think I made the most of them haha.
For those on facebook i'm sure you have seen the photo's lol.

Hi Everyone .....Deb here! My xmas etc was very busy and I must say its the first xmas I havnt put on any weight.

35kgs gone now...still a way to go though. I started Curves this arvo so hopefully it will help.
