| Ok I have succeeded in getting a liter down so far.. I'm going to start on my second in a moment...
Good on you Rosebud! Just think of the wonderful cleanse going on every time you pee!! LOL
Tanya I went to uni in Adelaide and I have never been as regular as I was then! Now that you mention it it must have been all that fiber rich water I was chugging down!
Thanks for joining me in remembering how important water is for good health and weight loss.. Lets try to remind each other often to keep it up! | |

| Ok Miss Me, I have filled three bottles. Not just that... it's three bottles of ADELAIDE water, which means I am probably getting untold quantities of fibre and protein too ;) |

| I forgot to put in goals for today. Again not to pick while preparing meals. Going out not to eat to much and be mindful of what I have. I did it. I did have a slice but that was lunch.

| Hey Tanya, Yeah I did go to the gym pre band, I started about 12 months before I was banded to see if I could lose weight that way. Needless to say it didnt work all that well hence the band. I gave myself four weeks off once I was banded to make sure, one I was healed and two, I had my energy levels right. Nothing like getting to the gym and feeling like you want to vomitt because you havent eaten enough. Headspins arent nice lol I had to give all ab work a miss for a few weeks after that aswell as it was still a little tender. Other than that I was back in to it full swing and much lighter which made a difference. Swimming is awesome, I've just been in the pool and I actually did about 15 laps :) I've always been a water baby, not so elegant in the water but hey who cares I love it. Its also good for my knee as i've been told my knee is that of a granny lol too many years of netball and they say sport is good for you. They say it takes 28 days to form a habit so start small and often that way when you dont do it you really miss it. Your body will miss it anyway.... mine does :) Cheers, Donna :) | |

| Hi Donna, Your post got me wondering - did you go to the gym before you were banded? If it was post banding, how did you feel going the first time and how long did you wait to go? How did you fine tune your swimming skills? I like the idea of swimming but only ever had lessons at school. Exercise and I haven't spoken in a long time but we are going to have to patch things up once I am banded. Take care, |

| Ok so I scored myself 2 out of 3 yesterday... The swimming didnt really happen, I did get in the pool but the laps didnt happen. So to counter balance this I went to the gym nice and early this morning, in and out by 7am. Now I feel better, might need to squeeze some laps in tonight though my body is going to hurt after the gym session :) Today's goal.... no chips or chocolate lol I'm back in the office today and sometimes get bored and therefore want to snack (old habits die hard) So.... no chips or chocolate lol I work from home most other days and I dont have tempting food in the house which makes it easier. Wish me luck lol Cheers, Donna :) | |

| Good luck girls in your goals for tomorrow. Mine is to not pick while preparing meals. Also keep to small portions in all meals I have to do this as my dietitian wants a copy of my diet plan for the week.
