Well, I failed dismally thanks to my little recent episode. I am really feeling it too.

I weighed in for the first time in 3 weeks. I am horrified. I have put on 7+ kg in 3 weeks.

Well, I am now shamed, and will get back to my exercise routine, and stop eating crap. It would be easier with a little more fill, but he won't see me til mid October, so it's entirely up to me. I still have not much restriction as I only have 2 ml in, so it is really hard. I have put a photo of Old Me on the fridge....Yuck!!!

I am at 80KGS now and after a very small fill on Wednesday i am hoping i can get back on track...

Stupid weather is making me want to eat crappy food! (And it goes down better than good for me food! :-( ) Oh well - heres hoping! haha

Im back on track, Ive got myself a personal trainer and eating well..Im not giving the band any credit Ive been doing all this hard work myself.. I can eat so I know its not the band. No way in hell I'm going to make my GW of 80kg. I'll be happy to hit the 80's... Just under 6 weeks until my 30th birthday party..if I can go into my 30s in the 80s i'll be very very happy!!

My goodness the weight loss has slow during these Winter months.
I really need to do a Pouch Test or a sugar detox or even Opti...or all of the above !

Ok so I had a fill put in on Monday, .2mls and can feel the restriction so really hoping I can kickstart this weight loss again.. 14kgs to lose in 3 months!!

Gosh what's happened to us all ... I too have barely lost a thing since the end of April. Something like 500grams I think .. what's the opposite of woo hoo ? Oh ba ha ha ha it's boo hoo !!!!
Maybe it's the cold ?!
Perhaps when Spring comes we shall all instantly drop 6 kilos each.
Yep that's definitely it !!!! (I am going to happily continue on with this dilusion.)
