I put on about 3kgs & then lost it again lol

I had a very tight band the whole time so I had very resticted food intake. The band has had .5ml fill taken out so I will be interested to see if I can match the 7 kgs lost in this round, during the next few months.

Nah I didn't make it, wish I did now. I fell off the wagon and bought a real Dare (YUM) but I am currently still rolling around in the gutter of bad food choices. D'oh !!!!

Hopefully I can get back on the wagon of good food choices sometime this week ......... watch this space I guess.

Ok wow so who woulda thought that being good would actually work.

Have lost 1.5 kg since last Friday.
My weight is still more than what I is posted below in the goals. So I'm gunna keep trying this calorie/detoxey thing and see if I can lose some more.

Where is everyone ??

What an awesome idea.
I have tried to replicate the Espresso Dare to no avail but I reckon we could do the Mocha one with not too much drama.

Ok so here are the stats ..
Dre Mocha 500ml








Cals 455
Fat 18.5g
Sat fat 12g
Protein 16.5g
Carbs 55g
Sodium 240mg


If we were to make it ourselves with 500ml Skim milk, instant coffee and maybe a Jarrah Hot Choc sachet it would look like this ....

Cals 225
Fat 1.7g
Sat Fat 1.5g
Protein 20.3g
Carbs 32.2g
Sodium 345mg

Dare double espresso? God i can relate, i am addicted to the Dare Mocha. I always think of milk as healthy so i have maybe four of these a week. I'm guessing thats bad???? Hahahahahaha.... I guess i could try making my own with skim milk and no sugar choc topping or something? Is that a reasonable substitute?

Mmmmmm chocolate .. I recommend you try it with some peanut butter LOL.
(Oh gosh now I am thinking about peanut butter - serves me right.)

I survived today with little damage but still nearly 1200 calories. ARGH.

Tiny fill tomorrow me thinks.

Will pop in tomorrow after work and see how we both went.
My challenge tomorrow will be making it past the Dare Double Espresso in the milk section of the supermarket.

Hey, day 3 down and boy did I blow it!!!! Oh well. We got a HUGE box of chocolates at work today which were promptly parked up near my desk....... no need to fill int he blanks hey.... Aynways to many chocolates to mention, I still had protein shake for breakie, kate morgan for lunch and a ice vegie dinner. How'd you go today tara, did you lay of the peanut butter, lol

Hiya Girls,

Well my stoopid brain will not shut up about being hungry - so perhaps I actually am.

Am going to get a tiny tweak fill tomorrow but will continue on with trying to be good.

On the whole I have cut out almost all the bad stuff and replaced it with good food. (Not that the bad habits are not still there raring their ugly heads and trying to get out.. and eat.)

And oh my goodness did I fall off the wagon last night or what ....
I had several heaped teaspoons of peanut butter and after the first teaspoon I discovered the cooking choc drops in the cupboard so I poked about 8 of them into each of the next 2 teaspoons of peanut butter !!
Ba ha ha how bad is that but it was sooooo good.
About 500 calories and a whole day's fat right there people !!

What about joining us but by removing just one bad food to start with and replacing it with a good substitute ??
Is there one particular evil food you want to slay ?? (for me it was the full fat gourmet ice cream - oh my I just wanna roll around in the stuff!)

Ok might be time for a vegie fruit juice for me.

Well done you on a successful day 2.
Lol but ya got me thinking of cruskits now - with Laughing Cow cheese and garlic, ooh and maybe some slow roasted cherry tomatoes ... DROOL !

Actually that last sentence sums up my whole day.
MY STOOPID BRAIN WAS HUNGRY TODAY. Which just plain annoyed me cos it would not shut up.

I did my juice, my shake, a heap of roasted pumpkin & garlic, then I had a headache that would not budge while my brain was yelling at me to eat crap so I had a couple of big teaspoons of Peanut Butter which helped a bit.

Reckon I'll finish the day off again with Yoghurt, blueberries and seeds. YUM.

I've just Calorie King added up all my food and it came to 1100 Calories for today. So all in all not too bad considering I realised today just how much I graze. Bad bad bad !

Bring on Wed day 3.

Day Two down, we're rocking it! No aerobics for me, but I did heaps and heaps of walking. Kate Morgan for breakie and lunch, cup of chicken soup in the arvo, and again some cruskits for dinner. I just love those darn things. I found myself driving home thinking, mmmmmmm cruskits, hahahaha.

I'm not sure on how to spice up the juice mix... I went through a fad of making my own juices, but for the life of me, can't think what I was mixing. How'd today go

Oh my goodness girl - you rock ! You did aerobics ... awesome !
So that is day one x 2 successes.

For lunch I had my icky veggie juice (it soooo needs more fruit but I gotta look at the calories involved first. Maybe I'll just add more flavourless veggies. Any suggestions ? Ooh or some Splenda, anything to kill the stinky tasting beetroot.)

Had an Opti for dinner.

And just now finishing off the day with some natural yogurt, blueberries and some seeds.

Oh and a massive scull of Non Fat milk to fill me up cos I'd had my teeth whitened and couldn't eat or drink anything coloured for 3 hours but I was hungry so milk it was.

Reckon I'll work out my calories / fat / protein etc tomorrow. But I don't think I did too much damage.
