Didn't quite make at least, not with water anyway. It has been really cold here in Sydney today, so I had quite a few hot drinks!

Try again tomorrow....(too late to catch up now...I'll be peeing all night!)

Well, almost succeeded.

Snacked once, on crackers and brie...but only had 4 crackers, which beats my usual 10, so I still consider that a win. (I use the Vita Weet multigrain crackers which are relatively good - and the brie is for my calcium [so I keep telling myself]!).

Drank lots of water, so a win on that front.

Going to try not to snack again today. I don't know if it's the cooler weather or because it's TTOTM, but I have been hungry this week (of course, the 1 ml I had out last week may have a little to do with it.) May still need a tweak.

I am off for a much needed fill this arvo and I have decided to get my food diary happening again.. I am hoping this will help pick up the weightloss a bit.. Im happy with the exercise at the moment, which is a first, walking/jogging 30 minutes a day and going to the pool 2-3 days a week... Todays goal is day 1 of No Chocolate...

Sharon, its not to bad. I have a bung left knee and figured I'd still give it a go. I've only been using it for over a week and only for small intervals as I want to work my knee up to it. I can feel it working on my stomach and outer thighs and as I increase the time I use it for, I'm feeling it more and more. The 3 min dvd workout is rubbish though. I thought it would actually give you a 3 min workout but no, She just explains how to use the machine in about 2 mins 30, lol. I brought mine off ebay, brand new and a great deal cheaper.
It does appear to have fallen off the back of a truck though, as I'm sure jennifer nicole lees name should be spelt correctly,

yes happy mothers day to all the mums!! :)

Todays goal, aerobics dawn and dusk, with a little ad circle thrown in there somewhere. Also I'm going to write out my food choices for the day, and hopefully this will curb some snacking. I find that hard sometimes when I'm preparing my sons snacks not to eat it for the sake of the nice flavour.

I did it chocolate free day
its chocolate time any time but must agree 730am is a tad yearly for champers unless it those champers breaky deals.
That takes me back to my youth when it was the thing to have the champane breackies but we could only aford the cheap flagens in a box. put me off white wines now that I can no longer drink red its been hard to find a nice white to enjoy with out flash back to drunken teens on the first discovery of alchole and undigestiablity of carrots. (p.s I usualy only have a glass when we go out on the odd occation )
Hay Sharon las I have said before I like your little quote thing at the end of you enties so much so that I wrote "change" on my inner wrist. The kids spent the whole day trying to guess what I was on about. lol

Its funny I thought you meant 7.15 am and you had to stop yourself twice from eating chocolate. And I thought this sounds like my kind of lady. And then you said about drinking wine so went "hang on I think she means 7.15 pm" which you obviously do lol. Well done on resisting the chocolate.

My mum gave me a huge box of maltesers for my birthday so I took it to work and told everyone to take a handful. Each person who said "Happy Birthday" got a handful. I ate some but not as many as I would have had I left it home. I told Mum no more chocolate for gifts for me.
