Salt and pepper
1 onion chopped
Herbs if you like
Blend all together till a liquid you may need to add a little water.
Spread baking paper on a tray and spoon this mixture on it.
You can make what every size you like.
2 bread size pieces or one large for a pizza
You could make little one and use as a savory with some filling on top.
Bake for about 30 mins on 180deg.
They will be quite firm.
Top the pizza one with a pizza and low fat cheese and brown.
Use two smaller ones as bread for a sandwich.
