Wow thank you all for your kind words and support.

Ok, so no loose real skin just yet but I am a fair way from goal.
I still have the fat jelly rolls (just not as bad as before).
I have seen a plastics man about maybe doing my "tuck shop lady" arms in a year's time and he said they are not ready yet -- lose more weight (der) so I guess I'll have a good old sag on by then !!

And as for feeling better .. I DO !!
I don't feel like the funny fat lady anymore. (Now I am the kinda crazy middle sized lady!)

But I guess that is more that my self esteem that has improved rather than physical health/fitness. To this point I have managed to avoid almost all exercise !
But on the days I am carrying heavy groceries or something I think to myself how did I ever do this every day !?

I must also thank you Tanya for reposting the "how to" on uploading pics here. It was perfect.

Finally got around to uploading some before & after pics.(I hope I have done it right.)
I am still about 15 kilos from goal but I have lost 76% of my excess weight. Wearing size 16 skirts and size 14 tops.

BEFORE ... day of surgery .. 20.3.2009 .... 120kgs (Look how fat my arms are !!)
AFTER ... (getting there) .. 25.4.2011 .... 85kgs

Thanks for putting them up for me Tanya. I don't think i look much different for having lost 19kg unfortunately though :( and i've only dropped one size. One size for 19kg...does that seem normal??? lol
