so this is the before and after photo's ! I still have a bit to go (9 kilos ) but all in all i am happy with my results in size 14 pants and tops which i love this photo was taken back in september another 10 kilo's have gone have not taken any photos for a while....

HOW TO -
*Go to an image hosting website called www.photobucket.com (you need to register, but it's easy)
*Click on upload images from your computer ( choose the files you want to upload)
*In this way you create your own album
*You can also re-size your image on the site (play around with your pictures until you know what you are doing)
*Copy
the HTML code by clicking on the relevant code option box for each
image in your album (it will turn yellow and say "copied")

Paste the HTML in your forum reply to the thread. Preview it to see what the pics will look like.

If
at any time during the process you feel you want to hurt your computer,
just walk away, breathe in and out, then message me and I will be happy
to put your pictures up for you :)

Yes, I have had a number of people tell me to stop losing weight now because my face is too gaunt. I think they are just not used to seeing me without a double chin! I think over time it settles down and redistributes (well, I am hoping so anyway!!!)

Beth, I was thinking you look younger as well (I wasn't going to comment on it, but now that you have... ;) ). The other thing I notice about the photo's here is that the weight loss is very obvious around people's faces (where we can see faces).

Thanks guys. I cannot believe the difference. Funny thing was, I didn't think I looked that bad....how the mind can be deluded. I am loving how I look now, I feel fabulous, and look a bit younger too, I think (I am 50 in about 6 weeks!!!). Pity about the wrinkles!!!
