Meat Loaf
500 grams mince
1 pkt chicken noodle soup (cooked with 1 cup water, let stand, till noodles are soft) OR 1 packet of french onion soup mix
1 cup breadcrumbs (fresh)
salt and pepper
mixed herbs (fresh or dried)
1 grated carrot
1/2 grated zucchini
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 egg
1 Onion
Mix all together and place in a loaf dish.
Top with a layer tomato sauce.
Cook about an hour and half in a moderate oven.
