Salmon or Seafood Extender Quiche
240g salmon or seafood extender I love the seafood extender
4 eggs
1 375g can light carnation milk
8 green shallots or 1 onion diced finely
Garlic chives or parsley chopped finely
80g grated cheese.
Beat eggs add reminder of ingredients and mix well.
Bake for 30 to 40 mins.
