1 tin of red or pink salmon including juice and bones
some chopped spring onions
fresh or tube coriander to taste
1 egg
zest of one lemon
1 crushed garlic clove
oat bran to bind
Mix all together binding with oatbran till it is of patty consistency.
Make into patties. Fry in pan wiped with olive oil or sprayed with olive oil. They are much nicer fried than oven baked.
Nice cold for lunch too.
