Now instead of iceblocks and ice-cream, I freeze chopped mango, sometimes adding a sprinkle of roasted almond slivers for crunch, a dash of liquer or coconut essence or vanilla, or a little low joule custard, and voila, a yummy dessert. Frozen grapes are good too, as are frozen banana pieces. doesn't feel like I'm being deprived.
