Dessert for dinner
1 diet Jelly made up to half strength (cooled)
1 cup of low fat yoghurt
Mix together and let set.
I make it in a quiche dish.
serves 6
This is good for visitors if you put it into small glasses.
Add a strawberry or mandar slice (depending on the flovour of jelly)to the top with a dolop of sour cream.
No one knows it is a low fat recipe.
