3 Ingredients Fruit Cake

I made this for xmas .. made up a tripple batch and gave away as presents

I threw in some brazil nuts, extra glace cherries and glace ginger and some mixed spice and when they were all cooked poured rum over them... they were the best and easiest christmas cakes I ever made and every one is raving about them

3 Ingredients Fruit Cake

2 cups mixed fruit
2 cups tea warm
2 cups SR Flour

Mix all together
Put it in a loaf time and bake on 180 deg. for 1 hour 15 mins.
Cut into 9 slices then in half so 18 pieces.
