Hi Girls how are you all going?
It has been cold up here in QLd but I guess you down south are feeling it as well.

Jo that is sad for you and the cold is not helping me either.I had a really bad day today. I should have stayed home instead of shopping. I was so cold I decided to go shopping to get warm but did the grocery shopping and was starving. I ate things I should not have now feeling so bad and heavy from it.

Are there any clubs you could join to make freinds.
I would be lost without my friend.

Congrats Delia,

i'm finding that i'm eating more as i feel very isolated where i am. My partner works away and my family live over an hr away.

I'm not able just to pop down and see them. Its getting that bad I want to move :-(

I know it will get better, I think im just in a rut and the cold weather doesnt help..

I need to do the 5 day pouch test and stick to it..

I have been on Zippy's pouch. I did the 5 days and now I am being very careful.
I have lost 4.6k in 11 days and am stoked.
Only 1.9k and I will be down to my ticker weight. I did not want to change it.
I now have goals set and I will do them.

ooh no sleeve for me please.!!!

I'm going to go back for another fill. It was over a year since I went last time. I need to remember that I will need little top ups now & then.

Cmon Jo pull your finger out lol.

Do you really want the extra surgery of a sleeve??
Do you need a fill? I can do with one but we are going
overseas next week for a river cruise, so I will book one
for when we get back./

whoohoo I'm finally back!

Gosh and I really need to, i've gone backwards in my weight loss. I need to refocus. I'm glad i've found this forum again. Its great to talk to "like minded" people. I've been chatting on a gastric sleeve forum as a few of my friends have had the sleeve.

I'm going to start journel in here and keep myself accountable!

weighed myself this morning

a loss of 100g....and i'm grabbing it with both hands.

I really need another fill, I find i'm looking and thinking of food all the time.

We are building/moving and i've been a little stressed for the last year and my weight has been bouncing up and down.

Have started back on opti for brekkie to make sure i'm having enough vitamins etc.

I have to remember the band is a tool not a cure

gosh anyone else struggling with keeping their weight off?

I've been having problems for the last few months. I go up and down about 3kgs. Doesnt sound alot but I still havent reached my goal weight.

I got down to 81.3kg which was 1.3kg off goal :-0(

Hi there,
I was banded 27th March 2009.
In the time I got down to 1.5kg off my surgeons goal weight.
Unfort the last few months I've lost my mojo and have put on a few kgs. :-(
I'm back on Opti to try and find my mojo again.
Hope its not too long before I find it
