I'm with you -- I DESPERATELY want to wear jeans.
About 10 kilos and I can start to look in the shops.

To stop buying danger foods because I still have binges.
To go to gym 5 times a week and do program that personal trainer set for me.
To not let my weight bring me down and let it ruin my day.

Some more resolutions for me.

To weigh no more than once a week.

To walk at least 5 times in a week.

And to not procrastinate at work.

well i guess mine is to not take life so serious !
to be grateful of what i have and to love everyone equally!
to be nicer to myself and more forgiving of my flaws
to take each day as it comes and take nothing for granted !
and to have the courage to stand up for what i believe in !
AND FINALLY TO LOVE MY SELF FOR MYSELF !

It is this time of the year where I start to think up my New Years Resolutions.

Number 1 Cut down on ice-cream. It is not necessary to have it daily.

Number 2 No coke what so ever.

I am sure I can add some more in the coming days.

Does anyone have any New Years Resolutions that they want to share with anyone.
