500g Ricotta Cheese
Sweetner to taste
1 tablespoon getatin disolved in a tablespoon of hot water
1 tablspoon Cocoa
Whip the ricotta cheese add the sweetner and the getatin and mix well.
Place 2/3 of the mixture in dish.
Add the cocoa to the remaining.
Place on top of the other mixture.
Woops I put the chocolate layerr on the bottom. It does not matter.
I use two plactic dishes to do this but you can make one cheesecake.
