HEARTY WINTER SOUP
3 medium potatoes, 2 carrots, 1 medium onion,1/4 capsicum,1 med.turnip,4 sticks celery,4 cups of vegie stock,1/4 cup of spiral pasta, 1/4 soup mix, 400g tinned tomatoes, garlic to taste
Wash peel and roughly chop all veggies add stock, tinned tomatoes garlic and cook slowly for 2-3 hrs.
I cooked mine in the crock pot, this is very thick and chunky soup and so YUMM
Add some protein for a complete meal.
