Hi Delia, I have been trying protein in response to hunger and it works well. You learn something new everyday! How are you feeling now after your last fill?

HI Tarnai I am the same as you at last have restriction after 10 months. It sure does make a difference especially when you eat proteins (as we should). The band lets me know I have had enough and not the hungry feeling as before. Delia

Hi everyone, Today I went for another fill and stepped on the scales... and....drum roll....109kgs. That's 13 kgs now gone. I'm just so happy. For a while there I was starting to wonder what was wrong with me as I wasn't dropping the weight as fast as many other fellow banders. I think I have now got the right amount of fill as I'm not hungry much at all where as before I was needing to use alot of willpower to stop myself from eating. I just thought I'd post this as I'm sure many other people are in the same boat as I was...frustrated that I wasn't losing weight and not being able to control appetite. Trust me... when you have the right amount of fill - your whole banding experience changes for the better and you will lose weight.
