| Anyone used floridix? I took it with both times when I was pregnant with great results. I couldn't make up my mind between the berocca or the floradix but in the end the addition of iron in the floridix won me over. I will let you know how I go with it over time. I remember the taste wasn't great from memory, but you get used to it. | |

| Yes I take berocca performance orange flavour. Just wait until it stops fizzing. I can take tiny tablets but with a panadol I have to cut it in half. I only discovered this after a few fills. It is one way to know if a fill has worked. | |

| Hiya all ... Steiny I drink Barocca performance every day which is a multivitamin. I have found that I can't take vitamin tablets as they are too big and I have been too slack to order the band buddies ones although I have heard they are good. The barocca performance works well for me and my dr is happy. I certianly notice when I forget to have one. Remember it has to be performance as the normal barocca is just vitamin b. | |

| Thanks girls.. I am not on any medication for my lupus at this stage, other than the old anti inflammatories. I'm hoping to stay that way. I guess I can only wait and see how I go swallowing those. Looking into a liquid B complex right now.. | |

| Ok well this is a bit of a worry, I hadn't even contemplated not being able to swallow my big horse tablet (b complex and folic acid) that I take every morning religiously.. I get it from my naturopath so I guess I need to start looking for an alternative. How do you all go with regular pills, like pain killers etc.. do they get stuck? | |
