Kellie and Sharon that is lovely, really. I can not wait for the first thing that gets to be too big for me.
You know Sharon, typically my feet are the only thing I can buy for in a standard shop (except boots) so I def don't have a shoe shortage. I have gone from a 9 to a 10 in adulthood though - I wonder if that is weight related??

Nearly every week I toss out clothes that are too big. It is so nice to clear out the wardrobe and replace it with nicer (smaller) clothes. My confidence is sky high. I am developing a shoe habit which is putting a dent in the bank balance. Pre band I had maybe 2 or 3 pairs of frumpy shoes which I needed to fit my puffed up feet. Now I have red shiny ones, leopard print, plaid, high boots and lots more. I love it. If I never get to my goal I will still be happy I made the decision to get the band. Good old band.

So true Tanya, it feels so good coming down... I use to have nothing to wear because everything was too small & now I have nothing to wear because everything is too big... I love clothes shopping and it definitley feels good when you need new clothes because everything is too big!

The mysterious case of K's vanishing behind Photobucket
They say if you haven't worn it in a year then get rid of it - but they don't say that to bandits!

Rock on Kirsten.

knee high boots, I so can't wait to buy some of them. I tried a pair on the other week and was way surprised when they fit!!

Well my NSV; I managed to comfortably fit into a pair of jeans from 5 years ago!!!! yay!!! Also I brought some jumpers today and happy to say, it's dropped a size also. I seem to be losing more off the bottom 1/2 than the top. -anyway YAY!!!!!

I hope its fantastic.

Wow Tara that seems totally affordable.. it'd be at least a couple of nights in hospital depending on if all went well... I better start saving now lol

Yeah I saw it on a website, if I can find it Illl post the link.. I hope I can because I saw it somewhere else for $199.. I was thinking I might wait a couple of months and get it just in time for my 30th in September.. If you get one let me know if it's worth buying. I saw the husband helping his wife to get it on, Ill have to find a man to help me lol

Kellie,

Oh I got the quote for my arms, it was $2750 for surgeon plus $500 anesthetist plus $314 per night at the public hospital. With about $600 in total back from Medicare(I think.)
I was actually shocked at how affordable it seems.
I wonder how many nights in hospital ??

Cheers,
Tara

Kellie,

Wow $99 is a bargain I thought they were like double that. Was that a website ?
They are dear but yep the videos make them look totally worth it.
I like the one where the very patient husband has to help her put it on, he seems to take it in his stride !!
I don't know whether to get one now or to wait another 10 kilos.

Kellie,

Yep put me down for one of those magic wands !!

And have a look on You Tube at Ardyss Body Magic ... it's as close to that wand that I think I will get till I save up for some surgery.
I really, really want one, the results are amazing !!!

(Actually I got my quote today for my arm lift when I have lost the rest of my weight. Exciting and scary!)

Let me know what ya think of those videos .. I am sold I must admit but they are expensive - OF COURSE !!

I'm now in the normal area of the store, not the big 3XL to 7XL. Made my day!

Congrats, Steiny...that is fantastic! Isn't it just the best feeling????
