For my 1 year band anniversary last week I went for a 70klm walkabout over 2 days, I handled the walk ok but it did take me 2 days to recover.

I had another NSV last week when I realised my 9 year old son was now able to put his arms fully around my waist.. I loved this NSV, I remember back at Christmas '09, when he was trying to place his hands around my waist and couldn't and I told him that one day he'd be able to do it... and that day came! :)

I had an NSV a few weeks back when I took my son to Warrnambool, Vic for a few days... I realised I had gotten my life back! It was the best feeling in the world!! Almost 60kgs down I was able to go for walks along the beach with him, go on the rides at the carnival with him, go on the paddle boats and not be scared I was going to sink it.. It was such a nice feeling..

NSV my size 14 work pants are now to big!!
My new work top a 16 is big and baggy and i need to go smaller !!
So happy with how every thing is going life could not be better for me and my husband !
he has gone from 4xxxx to small in all his clothes he looks years younger and i am so proud of him !

Well Done Suzzie!! What an achievement I've got a hike coming up at the end of November which I'm really dreading.. I'm worried I'm gunna cark it half way through but I wanna see if I can do it. I remember when I couldn't even walk around the supermarket.

I had a NSV a couple of days ago when I went into Rockmans, on the left is the BEME sizes on the right is the normal Rockmans sizes..I automatically veer to the left as I do when the woman told me I was too small for those sizes and told me I need to be over on the right side.. I could have hugged her!! It put a smile on my face for the rest of the day :)
