Hi Girls

I have had to change the date of the next lapband get together.

It is now Thursday the19th May.

I have had to do this as Colleen is closing the Bromelaid Cafe on the following Saturday.

I am looking at a new venue and hope to be able to tell you all about it at the meeting.

It will be the same time as usual and I will send out another email early next week.

I am sorry to have to change the usual date but I do not have time to change the venue before hand so it was easier to change the date.

I completely forgot about yesterdays meet up until thismorning. I'm so sorry I missed it. I'll see everyone at the next one. I have been so forgetful lately. I nearly left my son somewhere yesterday too. lol.

Hi Fee
It was a great meeting.
There were 20 in attendance and we had Alli from A.S.S.E.T.S. training taking to us. I think she has inspired some to do a little more exercise.
I am enjoying her Aqua classes.
