| well I have purchased myself another exercise machine...
My friend was having trouble with her water works after knocking 4 kids out of her whoo haa...so she bought a kegal8 vitality machine
Now she recons her nether regions are better than prior to having kids...
I dont have water works probs...yet...however I also choose not too now I am entering the cob web section of menopause, so I too purchased this lil sucker and will see what it can do for my taz.
I will admit to having trouble cutting my wee flow for those water tests we have to do on occassion... I could get it to a slow dribble but not a complete cut off...after 2 days of using this lil zapper I can cut it clean like a knife.. I sit there going ...off and on just for the thrill of it now.... sorry was that too much info... bah you all know that I dont have an off switch for too much.
Anyway this thing promises all sorts of ballsmazing things so here is hoping.
I might even be able to crack a walnut with my moofa by Christmas...which will be handy and save on one of those nut cracker thingies...plus it would be an awesome and totally awe inspiring party trick dont you think

| I have lost .8kg. No dieting. I walked 1 day. I know that if white wine was in the house I would succumb. I feel good and rested and will keep the ban in place. I even had 3 pieces of dark chocolate the other night. Bali in 2 weeks and 1 day. When I told my husband this morning that I lost .8 he said that is good. Pity it is not 10 weeks until Bali LOL. I will try to get a bit more exercise in. For being retired life is pretty busy between vision aust and bridge. | |

| It really helps if it is not in the house. I probably would have cracked last night after a very long day out at bridge. I've just done my stint at vision and usually I am shattered and come straight home. I have done a couple of errands and still feel good. Mdds hasnb't gone but I reckon it might in a few weeks or if not the symptoms are way lower. | |

| Im going pretty good Loosinit... managed to gain back 3 kilos then weighed myself yesterday and down 2 of those so only 1 back on sadly.
Life here is up and down or should I say I am up and down. Hubby is home so I am either in a puddle of tears or trying to push my tits up round my ears to get his attenion...which works remarkably well I should say then I feel like a tart and end up in tears again.
He is most confused by my insanity but is being very supportive of my crazed behaviour....
Tara that dumping will pass...but it is a bit hit and miss and when you think it wont hit you and you scarf the chocky it will hit with a vengence
I have learnt to eat small volumes of the shite

| Day 1 down and dusted. I couldn't have been better except I could have walked. But the weather was foul and I did do the ironing instead. Really turned into winter here. In 3 weeks we will be at the airport waiting for 9am flight to Bali. I hope I am not as bloated.
I am on the BS diet. Anyone is welcome to a copy but it does contain foul language.

| I thought chocolate was THE recommended breakfast food! . . . . . . . . . . . and lunch, and snacks, and dinner . . . . . . .
Have I missed some new nutritional advice?
Linda - I can feel your pain. I suspect I am more than back to square one. Hmmmmmm. Hope you have some success with cutting out the extras and just feeling a bit more comfortable.
Tara - I'm pleased to hear you are on the way with the sleeve. It has to be a better option than the band.
Poor Debs - she has had a rough trot.
Zippy - how are you doing?

| My food intake is usually pretty good. It is just the booze and the chips, twisties etc that come after a few drinks. If I cut that out it should be enough without subjecting my body to more pressure in following a diet. | |

| Oh the sleeve. I absolutely love it so far.
I'm trying not to be all "woo hoo this is perfect" till I've had it for a year or so THEN I'll sing it's praises. But so far it's better than my bands.
It's funny reading all the shiny new virgin sleever's posts. They are either sooooo excited or soooooo down cos they only lost 200grams (3weeks out!).
I have hardly weighed myself and kinda have the bitter, twisted, bored, I've done this "magic never be 100kilos again" thing before, so I am um, well, tarnished haha.
But having said that the scales are moving in the right direction and my work trousers have stopped ring-barking me around the middle which is a bonus.
I think I am getting a "dumping" from trying to still eat chocolate for breakfast but that adverse reaction is making me avoid processed sugars, so major bonus I say. It's just a bonus when one stays near a bathroom lol I'm a slow learner.
Enough of me.

| Hiya Linda,
Lol that's my kinda tantrum.
Oooh Bali - sweeeeeeet !
So what's the plan before Bali ? Even a week on Optiarse would give the scales a good nudge. (so would throwing them out the window.)
And a week or two in living in kaftans, sarongs in the heat will be lovely. And take heed you absolutely will not be the biggest on the beach.

| Thanks Tara
How r u going with the sleeve?
I have chucked my tantrum and drunk the remaining white wine in the house. White wine is now banned. There is beer and lots of red so Alan will cope. They are not a threat to me. I simply don't drink them. 97 naked this morning and I have 3 weeks until we go to Bali. I refuse to go feeling like this.

| Oh Linda I feel your pain.
Gaining yet again is just soooo miserable.
And Winter is a sucky arsed time to try to not gain weight.
Big hugs of support and love.
