Hello everyone,
It's been several months since my last confession, ha ha sorry I mean update and since receiving the green spot amount of restriction 10 weeks ago I've lost another another 20kgs which makes me 110 kgs.
Starting weight 158kgs and with chronic type 2 diabetes I already had one foot in the grave, now 16 months latter, 48kgs gone and so is the diabetes and best of all I have love in my life, thanks to my best mate, my band.
