Hi Linda, Funny you said that because thats why I'm standing funny and yes they did fall down. My shirts have gone from a 5xl shirt to a 3xl and the pants from a 127 to a 96. I can't see the pants getting any smaller but as I loose the stomach in a year or 2 I hope to get back to an XL shirt. | Thanks Delia, what I am most happy about is that my type 2 diabetes is no more and I'm hoping to have a better chance of reaching my retirement in 15 years. Sure I'll probably still have some problems but just by reducing my weight and reversing the daibetes I'll have a much better chance and a better quality life. | |
