FAILS - hangs head in shame.

Been a tough couple of days; a crap month actually.
I'm just a bit of a defective unit at the moment. (But that can only improve YAY!)

So I shall wallow in my pitifulness for a day or 2 longer, then pick myself up, dust myself off and embark on some form of self control again on Sunday or Monday.

Stay strong Zipsta - the satisfaction that control/willpower gives is soooooooo much better than the shame after the binges. Even if you are starving, it in control starving.
Kick arse dude I'm cheerin for ya.

Tara

I'll be doing that tomorrow cos it sounds so yummmmy and because tonight's steamed vegies came a-chundering back up. Ha ha my body must not have known what hit it and rejected anything that did not grow in a plastic bag with chemicals.
Have just cheated with some yoghurt and seeds but only about 100g-ish. (It was that or he left over ice cream in the freezer.)
I will try to do better day 2.

To sleep now .. can't eat when ya sleep can ya ....

Hiya Girls,

Yep me too Zip, doing good so far. (But I REALLY just wanna cram crap in my mouth - not cos I'm hungry or even craving them, just out of habit.)

One vegie juice (EWWW - don't think I'm loving my homegrown Wheatgrass!!)
One Opti.
Prolly only a litre of water.
And about to steam some vegies for dinner.
Have the diet jelly at the ready for after dinner. (Ohhh and a handful of sleeping pills - lol cos I am soooo over today that I am going to cancel it due to lack of interest!) OH LOL - let me just clarify, just for sleeping not anything sinister. Although check in on day's 2 and 3 and see what I say then tee hee.
Hey do sleepin pills have calories >>????

Cheers

Great start. As you know, the first few days are the hardest.

Just popped over to Yahoo for a look at their forum, to see if it's still a going concern. Well, hardly. The last post was on Feb 29, and it looks like it's pretty much abandoned. Bloody idiots Yahoo - destroying what had been a great forum.

I am sure they would at costco. Everything is huge there.

Just dropped in to my neighbours on my walk and checked out their 11 piglets. Too cute. There was a real runt in the group. He just walked through the fences as he liked. They have a freezer full of pork and are waiting on bacon and ham to come back from the butcher. We might buy a ham.

Actually, I'm sure they probably do - for catering purposes, of course. Mind you, "catering" doesn't always have to be for a large group of people, it can be for a group of large people, or just a large person!

What a ridiculous statement - "apparently those banana shaped lollies don't count as fruit"! Since when? Next thing you'll be sprouting that chocolate is not a dairy fruit (dairy [milk], fruit [cocoa bean] . . . . . . honestly, do I have to explain EVERYTHING?). Such rubbish should not be allowed on the forum. Don't know where you got your information from, but we'd all be a lot better off if we just spoke facts.
