SA Lapband Coffee and Chat Stepney SA Program for the rest of 2011

Just a small note to let you know what is happening in the Gastric Lapband Coffee and chat group.
The next meeting will be held on the:

• 12/10/2011 held at the Women's Community Center "a Wednesday Night @7.30 PM
  
• 09/11/11 this is a dinning out night and will be held at the Hackney Hotel. a Wednesday night.
  
• 15/12/11 " Thursday Night"Xmas dinner will be at the Bombay Cycle
  Club at 7pm a 20.00 non fund-able deposit is required to book your spot, it
  will be refunded to you on the night. Spaces are limited so please
  contact me ASAP to book your spot.the deposit will be given back on the night
