BACON & EGG PIE
Line pie dish with 3 pieces of filo folded in half with spray between
layers. I lay then so the sides get covered as well.
De rind 6 rashers bacon & cut in half. Use streaky bits to line sides & eye
bits to line base.
Crack 4 eggs into this. Burst each yolk. Sprinkle with
pepper. Top with 3 more sheet filo & spray. bake about 30 mins.
