I just made a yummy tomato soup.
I froze 4 big trussed tomatoes before we went up north a month ago so decided I had better do something with them.
Sauté 1 chopped onion
Added the skinned roughly chopped tomatoes (the skin pushed off easy when the tomato thawed out)
A teaspoon of vegeta powder
1 cup of water
Simmered for about ¾ hour mmm it tastes so good.
I may add some carnation skinny or a bit of light cream to the soup tonight.
Add some chicken or some type of protein for a complete meal.
