Skinless chicken breasts (or thighs) whatever you prefer
lemon juice
garlic
breadcrumbs
salt and pepper
drizzle of olive oil
Squeeze about 3 tbs fresh lemon juice and add 2 gloves of crushed garlic to it
Dip the chicken in the garlic and lemon
Dredge the chicken in the breadcrumbs seasoned with salt and pepper
Place on tray coated with cooking spray and drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
Bake for 25-30 mins at 180c until cooked.
Eat with a moderate amount of gusto to avoid 'band burn.'
