| I try and stick too 1000 per day and thats even with working out most days :) I usually burn between 300-400 calories at the gym and then 400-600 when I do a PT session. I havent fallen over from lack of energy yet lol | |

| Kirsten I have a different dietician every time I go there and she has been promising me a book since before Xmas. All my dietitians so far know their stuff but they are always running late and so unorganised very annoying :) | |

| Hi, I saw a dietician and she just sent me the information on diet (3 weeks later, grrrrrr) and she thinks I should be on 1600 cal. and now she tells me she unfaniliar with bands, as had trouble finsing info to give me. mmmm she could have told me that before I wasted my time. I think 1600 is too high though. 1000 sounds better. | |

| Cheers Renae you are a little gem I was kinda thinking 1,000 calories, when I did full on gym a while ago I was on 1700 calories but I exercised every day, but I exercised so much it made me more hungry so I was the fittest I have ever been in my life but still the fattest lol | |

| Hi Tracy. I am certianly no expert but I try to stick to 1000 calries a day and when I do that I lose weight consistently. That is without exercise. I know Calorie king says you should eat your exercise calries back. I don't tend to though unless I am hungry. Sorry a little vague. If you go onto calorie king which is free you can enter your details and it will suggest calorie amount for weight loss. Good luck. | |
