| I did. I find that I prefer to dice the lettuce and pile it on the plate and spoon the mixture over it.. Easier to eat. | |

| All I do is put 100g lean chicken mince, peas, corn, carrots, onions..cook that up add a cup of plain gravy, put that into a iceberg lettuce leaf and sprinkle a bit of grated cheese over the top.. one of them fills me up | |

| For the mince mix I just put 1/2 kg lean mince in a saucepan and didn't fry it. I added 3/4 cup of water and a home brand pack of taco mix. I just let it simmer and added 1 can 4 bean mix. I piled lettuce leaves in the middle of the plate. Cut up 1/4 avocado into dice and scattered around the perimeter. Put the mince on top of the lettuce and had a bit of grated cheese on top. It was filling and healthy with hardly any carbs. You could also dip some corn chips in. You could also put the mix in a taco shell for anyone else. | |
